Host Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, up-to-date listing information
• Maintain legal compliance for your accommodation
• Accept full responsibility for pets at your property
• Honour your chosen cancellation policy
• Treat all guests with dignity and respect

Platform Role

Xwayd acts only as a marketing, booking, and payment facilitation platform. Xwayd is not liable for guest behaviour, pet incidents, or refund disputes.

Listing Approval

All listings are subject to Xwayd approval. Xwayd may reject or remove listings at its discretion.

Banking Details

Hosts must provide accurate banking details. Xwayd accepts no liability for failed payouts due to incorrect information.
