Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: 28 October 2026

Cancellation and refund terms are set by individual Hosts. Xwayd enforces them technically.

Flexible

Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in. No refund within 24 hours.

Moderate

Full refund up to 5 days before. 50% refund between 1–5 days. No refund within 24 hours.

Strict

50% refund if cancelled more than 7 days before. No refund within 7 days.

Host Cancellations

If a Host cancels, the Guest receives a full refund.

Early Payout Hosts

Hosts who selected early payout are personally responsible for refunding guests who cancel, per their chosen policy.
